We are looking for help with the preparations in the weeks leading up to the event and also on the day itself.
If you can spare some time to help in the following areas, we would love to hear from you!
Social media ninja
We want to make sure that we run an effective social media campaign throughout 2019. Are you a guru at getting likes? Do you have a secret formula to get engagement from posts? Are you able to provide good social media banter? You don’t have to have any formal qualifications, we like it organic with a pinch of quirky.
Volunteer co-ordinator
The types of things you will be doing: recruiting, managing and wrangling volunteers at events and at the main festival day.
What skills you will need: ninja at making and maintaining lists, possess an abundance of charm and patience, be good at telling people what to do.
Sponsorship coordinator
The types of things you will be doing: keeping sponsors happy and updated, and making sure that sponsors feel loved and cherished.
What skills you will need: schmoozing without being creepy. A diplomatic problem solver.
Exhibitor coordinator
The types of things you will be doing: booking and confirming provider/suppliers, ensuring the smooth running of all logistics and making sure the right people are at the right place and the right time.
What skills you will need: master list and task keeper, be able to manage and juggle multiple things at once without breaking a sweat.
Photographer or videographer
Do you love taking pictures? Do you dabble in photography or video/movie editing? You don’t have to be a professional, we are looking for creative flair and passion. Ideally you are able to attend official fringe events in the lead up to the main day and also be able to attend the main day in October 2019.
